Cooking of the cake is very easy. You need:
3-4 cup any plain yogurt or any yogurt with vanilla and sugar
3-4 tbsp sugar (if yogurt isn’t sweet) or 3-4 tsp stevia or 4-5 tbsp erythritol
1 tsp vanilla extract
2-4 eggs (you can beat them, then the cheesecake will be very airy)
8-4 tbsp semolina or 2 tbsp corn starch. The more semolina, the denser the cheesecake will be, and vice versa.
Also you can add raisins or any canned, thawed or fresh berries or fruits (chopped).
bake in an open glass or ceramic dish (greased with a oil or butter) in preheated oven (120 С / 250F) 1-2 hours (depends how deep is your baking dish. You can take out the cheescake from the oven when the middle of the dish stopped being liquid, or you can bake further until golden brown (then the cheesecake will be more dense).
Taste of the dish doesn’t like real cheesecake, but very close and the cake has much less salt and calories 🙂 It is better to cut cold, because fresh yogurt cake is very delicate.
