Grate or chop in a blender 2 zucchini. Add 1 egg, 6 tablespoons of all-purpose flour and 2 pinches of salt. Pour the mixture with a large spoon on a pan (preheated and greased with any vegetable oil). Fry on medium heat without lid for a few minutes on each side (depending on the heat and stove).
Especially tasty with any sour cream 🙂
