HEALTHY and TASTY! APPLE PIES

This most favorite delicacy of my husband and me is very easy to cook. At the same time it is low-cal (a lot of filling without fat and sugar!). And even healthy, because in apples a lot of pectin, and baked apples fill almost the entire pies. So, cut 6 apples in half and remove seeds (to peel or not to peel, you decide :)). Dough (mix 2 sticks (200 g) of softened butter, 1 cup of plain yogurt or sour cream, 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 6 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder) place for half-hour in refrigerator. Then divide it into 12 parts, each roll out thinly and wrap halves of apples. Important to dent ends of ‘nodule’ in the fossa from seeds, otherwise this place will be thicker than the other, and will be not baked properly. Bake about 30 minutes at 180 C (350 F) or 1 hour at 120 C (250 F) (I prefer  last variant). Use toothpick to check softness of apples.
