Easy, tasty, dietary!

1. Pure lush 🙂

For 2-3 servings: 4 eggs, 1 cup of milk, 2 pinches of salt, 1 teaspoon of all-purpose flour (you can cook without flour, try both variants 🙂 ) Mix eggs, milk and salt with a fork. If desired, add flour. If you want very airy, like a cloud, omelet, mix only egg yolks, milk and flour, but egg whites whip in foam separately and then add to the mixture gently

2. Spicy

Slice a ripe tomato, add to the egg mixture + add pepper as you like: just paprika, or with black pepper and chili.

3. Zucchini

Grate a zucchini (or half), add to the egg mixture with a pinch of dried or fresh oregano.

Grease with any oil special forms (or any larger form), fill omelet mixture(s) and bake in pre-heated oven (350-370F/180-190C) 20-35 minutes – depends on the height of your omelet layer. Do not open the oven door first 20 minutes! When the top of the dish stop being liquid, omelets are ready.

You can sprinkle the top of ready omelet(s) with any grated cheese. Enjoy!
